In this video I am working on a video about Unit I Concept 2. It is graphing logarithmic equations and defining the asymptote, x and y Intercept, domain, and range. This will indicate the differences of logarithmic and exponential graphs. This equation that I am teaching you, is a type of equation that can explain many things. Hopefully my way of teaching you, was not as bad as I think.
The first step is naming the variables with the prober letter. For example, "H" is switching the sign, and is plugged in at "h". Secondly is finding the asymptote, this number will always be the letter "k". If it was exponential equation, then the asymptote will be letter "h". Next, you will find the points of x and y intercept to plot on the graph. After finding the first points, then you will find the range and domain. In this case, the domain will always be (negative infinity, positive infinity). Lastly, you will find the key points by plugging in the equation to your calculator and trace the number you chose, that will give you the y-intercept.
